Pay: 8–10% commission per completed project on self-generated leads; 5% on company-provided leads. Fuel covered. Uncapped earnings.

Prime Trades Roofing is a GAF-certified residential roofing contractor serving Calgary and surrounding communities. We specialize in roof replacements and storm/hail insurance restoration.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven, experienced roofing sales rep to generate their own leads and close deals — or work leads we provide when our schedule is full. You'll run inspections, present estimates, and represent homeowners through the insurance claims process from first knock to signed contract.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Conduct roof inspections and walk homeowners through scope and options
- Prepare and present estimates, including insurance claim scopes
- Represent homeowners in adjuster meetings and negotiate claim outcomes
- Close signed contracts and hand off to our production team
- Work company-provided leads when assigned
Requirements
- Roofing and sales experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Personal vehicle insurance
- Fluent English speaker
- Comfortable with commission-only, variable income
Preferred
- Experience with insurance restoration claims and Xactimate
- Existing referral network in the Calgary region
