About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join their enterprise technology team in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce leader with a solid technical background, enterprise implementation experience, and expertise in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and customizations.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Lead Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, and other third-party platforms.
- Plan and execute complex data migration and ETL activities while ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Lead development teams and manage multiple technical workstreams.
- Establish and enforce development standards, architecture, coding best practices, and governance.
- Drive CI/CD and release management processes across Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Recommend improvements to business processes through Salesforce capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance.
- Identify technical risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in all phases of the Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training,



and production support.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations supporting 300+ users.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise applications.
- Experience leading at least one complex ETL or data migration project.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Informatica Cloud or similar.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Salesforce Platform
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Components
- Java
- AJAX
- Salesforce Integrations
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce Release Management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Experience working within global delivery and Agile environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce integration experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
- Experience with AppExchange solutions.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and security.
