Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Canada. The Salesperson will support customers in selecting eyeglasses, contact lenses, and related products, providing clear product information and guidance on frames, lenses, and services. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, offering recommendations, processing sales transactions, and assisting with appointments and store promotions.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, keeping displays stocked and visually appealing,



and collaborating with optical and hearing care professionals to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Salesperson will follow company policies and procedures, including basic administrative tasks and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.

Sales and retail skills, including product recommendation, upselling, and handling point-of-sale systems and cash transactions.

Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about optical products, frames, lenses, and hearing care services.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, tasks, and priorities in a busy store environment.

Ability to work in office in Canada, including evenings and weekends as needed, and stand for extended periods.

Comfort working in a team-based environment and collaborating with clinical and retail colleagues.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or healthcare-related environments is an asset.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is beneficial.
