We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Veeva MyInsights Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive Veeva CRM MyInsights dashboards and visualizations for Life Sciences customers. The ideal candidate should have robust Salesforce development skills along with hands-on experience building MyInsights pages using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and the Veeva MyInsights framework. MyInsights enables custom, data-driven visualizations embedded directly within Veeva CRM for field users.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce/Veeva CRM development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM MyInsights development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 .
- Experience with the Veeva MyInsights JavaScript library and DataService APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform:
- Apex
- SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Components (preferred)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience integrating MyInsights with Salesforce and external data sources.
- Understanding of Veeva CRM data model and Life Sciences business processes.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom MyInsights dashboards and visualizations.
- Build responsive HTML/JavaScript components for Veeva CRM.
- Develop and optimize Salesforce data queries.
- Integrate CRM and external data into MyInsights pages.
- Troubleshoot performance and functionality issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews and production deployments.
