Job Title: SAP Business Analyst

Location: Halifax, NS / Toronto, ON / Vancouver, BC (Canada)

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days/Week Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver SAP solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP modules and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and SAP technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements using SAP capabilities.

Prepare functional specifications and support system design discussions.

Coordinate and support SAP implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.

Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.





Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.

Develop user documentation and provide end-user training when required.

Ensure solutions comply with business, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.

Solid experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Hands-on experience with one or more SAP functional modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, or SuccessFactors.

Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Strong understanding of SAP integration with other enterprise applications.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

SAP Functional Certification is an asset.

Experience in Canadian enterprise environments is preferred.

Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
