The Senior SAP FICO AMS Consultant is a key member of the Syntax SAP AMS Center of Excellence, responsible for the functional design, optimization, and continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling processes across S/4HANA environments. This role demands advanced expertise in Group Reporting and/or Product Costing, and core FICO modules, combined with experience supporting complex, multi‑entity global organizations — SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience an asset.

You will collaborate closely with technical teams, process owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality service delivery, stability, and continuous process innovation for Syntax customers. Provide end‑to‑end functional support for SAP FICO areas within AMS, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO),



Asset Accounting (AA). Design, configure, and optimize SAP FICO solutions, ensuring adherence to clean‑core standards within S/4HANA.

Deliver configuration changes, and functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces. Collaborate with customers to identify continuous improvement opportunities and automation within FICO processes. 8–10 years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full S/4HANA implementations. ~ Bi‑lingual, English/French. ~ Broad functional knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA. ~ Experience supporting or implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private) FICO functionality preferred. ~ Deep understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP). ~ SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting.
