We are seeking an experienced SAP OpenText Archiving Consultant to support a client’s archiving landscape and ensure effective management of SAP data archiving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support OpenText archiving system setup, performance tuning, batch scheduling, technical validations, and audit readiness activities.
- Install and configure OpenText archiving components and SAP OpenText archiving connectors.
- Configure storage repositories, retention policies, security roles, and authorizations.
- Execute and support SAP archiving runs, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Troubleshoot archiving issues and provide ongoing technical support to client teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize archiving processes and system performance.
Required Skills
- Robust experience with SAP OpenText Archiving and OpenText Archive Center.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP archiving configuration, storage repositories, and retention management.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, batch scheduling, security authorizations, and audit/compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Data Archiving and/or SAP ILM.
- Strong troubleshooting and client-facing consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
