Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the life sciences industry? Norgen Biotek, a leading global provider of innovative solutions in the field of life sciences, is seeking experiences, dynamic Sales Personnel (ranging from base level to management level) to join our growing team.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets within the life sciences industry.
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by accurately tracking activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position Norgen Biotek's offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handling administrative tasks such as generating quotes and processing orders
- Additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

- An undergraduate degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, etc.) is required for this role.




- 2+ years of relevant experience (B2B sales preferred) is required for this role.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools would be an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
