Allied Universal is seeking Security Skilled - Residential Overnight Guard In North York, ON

Position: Security Professional - Residential Overnight Guard

Location: North York , ON

Payrate: $17.60 per hour

Status: Full TimeShift Type: Overnight

Shift: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, | 9pm to 5am |

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Overnight Guard to oversee one of our Residential Sites in North York, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Security experience. excellent communication skills , good customer service , willing to work Overnight Shifts , and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a Residential Security Guard, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities,



and any equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Must have Residential Security experience.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year Security Guard experience
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License .
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
