Security Operations Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build the next generation of security-focused AI systems. As a Security Operations Analyst, your real-world SOC experience will directly shape how AI models reason through threats, triage alerts, and respond to incidents — making AI smarter and safer for the entire industry. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced security professionals who want to put their expertise to work on something genuinely impactful.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios, identifying what's happening and why it matters
Review detection logic and investigation workflows for accuracy and real-world alignment
Evaluate AI-generated security outputs and flag gaps between AI reasoning and how analysts actually work
Provide structured feedback that helps AI systems better mirror professional threat detection and response Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations roles
Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage workflows, and investigation methodologies
Skilled at separating true security signals from background noise and false positives
Able to clearly articulate your reasoning and document findings in structured formats
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async workplace Nice to Have Experience with threat hunting, digital forensics, or red/blue team operations
Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK;, NIST, or similar
