We are seeking dynamic Senior Collections Agents to join our forward-thinking team!

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts.
- Accurately receive and apply payments to customer accounts.
- Provide guidance and follow-up support to customers on overdue balances.
- Initiate necessary actions for account recovery, including repossession or service disconnection.
- Maintain comprehensive records and status updates for customer accounts.

Qualification s:

- Minimum three(3) years experience handling 3rd party collection
- sProven experience in billing, collections, and/or customer service




- .Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively
- .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- .Exceptional multitasking and prioritization capabilities
