Technical Security Program Manager

Are you passionate about leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity initiatives? We are seeking an experienced Technical Security Program Manager to drive strategic security programs that strengthen organizational resilience and reduce enterprise risk.
In this role, you'll partner with Security, Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, and Business teams to deliver high-impact initiatives focused on AI Security, Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Secure Software Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity programs from planning through execution.
Manage cross-functional initiatives involving Security, Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, and business stakeholders.
Drive strategic programs across AI Security, Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management, Secure SDLC, and Compliance.
Develop project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and measurable success metrics.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving delivery challenges.
Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and security metrics to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
Facilitate executive governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Support change management and adoption of current security tools, processes,
and governance practices.
Improve PMO standards through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
3+ years of experience within Cybersecurity or Information Security.
Hands-on knowledge of one or more security domains:
Cloud Security
Application Security
Network Security
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Strong experience managing enterprise-wide technical programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or OWASP.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering AI Security, Zero Trust, Secure SDLC, or Vulnerability Management initiatives.
Experience working within Enterprise PMOs.
Knowledge of SAST, SCA, Vulnerability Management, or GRC platforms.
Agile or SAFe delivery experience.
Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, or analytics-driven program management.
PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SAFe, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
