Title: Senior Data Center Technician

Type: Fulltime or Contract to Hire

Location: Sherbrooke, QC- Fully onsite

Interview: 2-3 Rounds

Start date: ASAP

Compensation: $80K- $90K

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Optimizing data center
- Installing and troubleshooting servers
- Fiber cabling
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues (racks, servers, networking, cabling)
- Documentation
- System administration
- Automate tasks with scripts when necessary
- Resolve most support issues
- Cabling (understand different labels and colors)
- Cabling rack
- Troubleshooting for racks

Must-haves:

- Senior level Data Center Technician experience
- Technical skills (cabling, troubleshooting hardware, servers and racks)
- Familiar with Networking tools
- Prior data center exposure
- Bilingual in French

Nice to have:

- Proactive, rigorous and environmentally conscious spirit
- Technical / engineering training (electrical engineering, automation, construction)
- Electrical, CPR,



and AED certifications (desired)
