- Develop proforma models for real estate analyses
- Coordinate market research with the Director of Market Development
- Gather key sales, margin, and cost metrics
- Present financial insights to the Executive committee
- Analyze lease renewals and store performance Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
