In this highly operational role within the Global Value Stream team, you will own a critical process in the Food Safety and Quality vertical. With 5–8 years of experience in supply chain or operations, you will collaborate to define global process standards, develop SOPs, and monitor KPIs. Your expertise in lean principles will guide you in executing consistent improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end global process designs
- Collaborate with stakeholders for SOP and KPI definitions




- Serve as subject matter expert for technology teams
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with lean methodologies
- Partner with Analytics for performance monitoring

Requirements

- 5–8 years in supply chain or operations
- Expertise in a supply chain functional domain
- Proficiency in lean principles and process engineering
- Hands-on experience with WMS or similar systems
- Proven track record influencing cross-functional teams
