Your role will involve assessing financial performance, leading budget development, and conducting complex analyses to improve investment returns and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze programs’ financial performance and recommend actions
- Develop operating and capital budgets in partnership with clients
- Oversee the allocation of departmental expenses
- Create insightful financial forecasts and reports




- Review and analyze Council documents to offer sound recommendations Requirements:
- Degree in business, commerce, or economics with CPA/CA/ACCA
- 5 years’ progressive experience, preferably in the public sector
- Solid skills in MS Office, PeopleSoft Financials, and financial modelling
- Capable of self-direction and problem-solving
