As Vice

President of Advancement, you are key to leading a team dedicated to fundraising excellence and donor engagement. Collaborating with the President and leadership, you will enhance the university's visibility and reputation while executing effective fundraising strategies. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and a commitment to a mission-centered setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives
- Foster relationships with donors, alumni, and churches




- Lead capital campaigns and fundraising efforts
- Promote Ambrose's vision and mission effectively
- Engage with stakeholders to expand philanthropic support Requirements:
- At least five years of senior advancement experience
- Undergraduate degree required; master’s preferred
- Strong track record of closing major gifts
- Knowledge of technology and data in fundraising
