- Offer legal insights on technology and commercial matters
- Negotiate and draft complex SaaS and services agreements




- Lead bespoke commercial negotiations and customer transactions
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance
- Manage external legal advisors when necessary

Requirements:

- 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience
- Solid skills in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
- Solid understanding of Canadian law
- Experience in digital health or AI is a plus
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
