• Scale the HRBP Function Help design and establish a modern HRBP model at Isaac Create scalable frameworks, tools, and rhythms for high-quality business partnering Set the standard for what strong HRBP support looks like across the company Partner with HR Operations to ensure strategy translates into seamless execution Over time, support development of more junior HRBP capability as the team grows Talent, Performance &

• Leadership Development Drive clarity, consistency, and rigor in performance management Support succession planning and leadership development Identify high-impact interventions to improve performance Support leaders in designing effective team structures aligned to business goals Support leaders through periods of ambiguity, transformation, and scale Employee Relations (Senior / Sensitive Matters) Lead complex employee relations matters with integrity and sound judgment Balance legal, people, and business considerations thoughtfully Coach leaders to manage issues proactively and confidently 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong business partnering exposure Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders Experience building or shaping HR approaches,
