Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and overall scope. Establish the critical success factors, performance metrics, and measurable outcomes that will be used to evaluate project success.

Assess and estimate the resources required to deliver the project, including budget, staffing, timelines, technology, and other operational needs.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan that outlines how project scope, schedule, budget, communications, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, quality, change management, vendor management (where applicable), and governance will be planned, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

Create and manage a detailed project schedule, identifying key milestones, deliverables, tasks, and dependencies. Ensure resources are effectively assigned and coordinated to support successful and timely project execution.
