The Sales Strategy & Planning Manager is responsible for driving strategic planning, performance analytics, and business insights that enable profitable growth across the sales organization. This role partners closely with the VP WWS SSE, CRO Chief of Staff, COO Chief of Staff Strategy Team, Sales Finance, FP&A;, Industry Strategy teams, and Sales Leadership to align growth priorities, develop annual and long-range plans, and provide actionable insights that support executive decision-making. Partner with cross functional teams to align annual sales planning objectives and growth priorities Consolidate sales and industry strategic plans into a unified view of growth opportunities and investment priorities Program Manage annual sales planning with structure and data-driven recommendations Develop and manage sales productivity metrics, performance reporting, and productivity-per-head analyses Analyze quota attainment, overlay effectiveness, and sales coverage ratios across roles, geographies, and business segments Analyze pipeline health, conversion performance, and sales funnel effectiveness using CRM and reporting tools Create executive presentations and strategic communications that clearly articulate findings, risks, and recommendations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, finance, sales operations, consulting, or related analytical roles Experience supporting annual planning, forecasting, revenue modeling,
and business performance reviews Experience working in a complex technology, software, or SaaS environment preferred Expertise translating complex data into actionable business insights Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills Experience influencing senior leaders through data-driven recommendations Solid organizational and project management skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and enterprise reporting solutions Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent analytics platforms In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
