Job Title: Senior IT Support L2 – Infrastructure & Security Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 3-5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Support Specialist with expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud administration. The role involves managing enterprise IT operations, endpoint security, network infrastructure, user support, and cloud environments while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, so ware, systems, and network issues. Manage onboarding/onboarding, user provisioning, access control, and endpoint management.

Administer

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).

Manage Jump

Cloud, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MFA, SSO, and Group Policies. Configure and maintain For net firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, routing, NAT, IPS/IDS, and network security. Monitor and manage CrowdStrike XDR/EDR, endpoint protection, DLP, and vulnerability remediation.

Support AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, Security Groups, backups,



and access management. Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, DR plans, compliance, and audit readiness. Coordinate with vendors/ISPs and ensure SLA-driven IT operations.

Required Skills Strong experience in: Microsoft 365 Administration JumpCloud & Active Directory For net Firewall Management CrowdStrike XDR/EDR AWS Infrastructure Windows/macOS Support VPN & Network Troubleshooting Good understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, and IT governance.

Preferred Certifications

Fortinet NSE, Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE/MCSA, CompTIA A+, CISSP, or CEH.

Education Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Additional Requirements

Willing to work onsite and support critical incidents when required. Ability to multitask in a lean IT team workplace with strong ownership and proactive approach.
