TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Lead Civil Engineer role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. Oversee a civil engineering team for various project development and construction tasks. Track key material quantities and provide detailed analysis and projections.

Conduct and validate engineering calculations, specify necessary equipment, and address complex engineering challenges. Ensure project documentation meets requirements and resolve any inconsistencies. Create and refine project specifications and design criteria.





Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including management, clients, and contractors. Assist in drafting technical documents, including studies, reports, contracts, and recommendations. Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Accredited

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience in mining projects. Solid communication skills with various audiences, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors. Ability to produce concise technical reports and presentation materials.
