This Senior Maintenance

Manager position offers a unique chance to establish a recent Approved Maintenance Organization in Winnipeg. As part of the Future Aircrew Training Program, you'll oversee maintenance operations for De Havilland Dash 8-400 aircraft at 402 Squadron. This role demands strong technical skills in airworthiness management, compliance, and team leadership to build and maintain a high-performance organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and fully accredit the 402 Squadron AMO
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness and operational standards
- Lead the development and implementation of key maintenance documentation
- Mentor and lead maintenance personnel for optimal performance




- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of aerospace engineering and maintenance experience
- Successfully complete DND Airworthiness Management Course
- Detailed knowledge of technical airworthiness rules and standards
- Familiarity with aerospace technology and maintenance products
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
