We are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Transformation and Process Optimization to play a key role in the evolution of our commercial operations and fresh products distribution model. What You'll Be Responsible for Every Day - Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

- Drive strategic projects focused on simplifying business processes, improving commercial performance, and supporting the evolution of Agropur’s fresh products distribution model.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
- Work closely with leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities, define business priorities, and align transformation initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Transform the way we work
- Analyze existing processes, challenge traditional approaches, and recommend innovative solutions that improve organizational efficiency and deliver sustainable value.
- Develop target-state visions and transformation roadmaps
- Assess various business scenarios, document organizational impacts, and design implementation plans that support successful outcomes.

The Profile That Will

Thrive in This Role - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field.

- Significant experience in business transformation, process improvement, strategy, change management, or consulting.
- Proven experience delivering high‑impact, cross‑functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a complex, fast‑paced, and evolving environment.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement is considered an asset.




- Professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Successful experience working in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
