Department Overview: TD Wealth Private Wealth Management provides integrated, advice-led wealth solutions for affluent and high-net-worth clients, families, businesses and communities. Through a One TD approach, Private Wealth Management brings together specialized expertise across trust, investment, banking, insurance and planning disciplines to help clients protect, grow and transition wealth with confidence.

Within Private
Trust, Indigenous Trust Services is a strategic growth and client relationship priority, supporting Indigenous Communities across Canada with responsible administration of settlement, and resource funds, while partnering across TD to deliver coordinated wealth, banking and investment solutions aligned to each community’s long-term goals. Act as lead Wealth partner to the VP, Indigenous Banking and for the Indigenous Banking, Strategy and Community teams across the enterprise. Partner with these teams to execute a "One TD" strategy and approach with Indigenous Communities across Canada.

Provide oversight of risk, controls and governance across ITS files, including identification, escalation and remediation of operational, fiduciary, service and business risks in alignment with Private Trust standards and enterprise risk expectations. Build a national pipeline of opportunities and act as the lead for Wealth on all business development activities, including request for proposals in partnership with enterprise teams using a consistent One TD approach. Responsible for creating tools, policies and processes to provide consistent and efficient delivery of service (e.g.
standard templates for annual account reviews, tools to enable easier per capita distributions, standard client onboarding process improvements, etc.) Strengthen control effectiveness through the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of tools, processes, reporting routines and management disciplines that support consistent account administration, client outcomes and regulatory compliance.
