- Plan process equipment enhancements and set project goals
- Conduct comprehensive failure trend analyses using statistics
- Oversee the execution of preventative maintenance tasks
- Coordinate project schedules and manage contractor resources
- Develop operating procedures and maintain performance records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- P. Eng designation required
- 5-10 years of practical experience in manufacturing
- Expertise in PM technologies and project management
- Familiarity with Lean, TPM, and root cause analysis tools
