As a Senior Philanthropy Officer, you will report to the Director, Principal and Planned Giving. With over five years of major gift fundraising experience, you will manage high-net-worth donor relations and develop strategies for transformational gifts. Your efforts will help combat local poverty through community and neighbourhood development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate donor development strategies for $1M+ gifts • Manage high-net-worth donor portfolio effectively • Execute donor touchpoints for relationship enhancement • Develop engaging materials for donor/stewardship reports • Collaborate on alignments with Comprehensive Campaign teams
Requirements: • Over 5 years in major gift fundraising • Proven experience in major/principal gift cycles • Robust donor relationship management skills • Familiarity with planned giving strategies • Excellent analytical and communication skills
