What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end design process from research to final designs

Design intuitive desktop and mobile experiences

Simplify complex user journeys and business workflows

Work within established design systems

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design teams

What We're Looking For Must Have

Experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer

User research and user-centered design experience

Experience designing complex digital products or workflows

Experience with desktop and mobile design

Strong communication and presentation skills A portfolio with solid case studies

Nice to Have

Banking or Financial Services experience

Experience with AI tools in the design process
