QCA is looking for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the execution of impactful projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, budget, and objectives.

This role also encompasses providing strategic leadership to the PMO, aimed at improving project management practices and cross-functional alignment. Your expertise in team coaching and resource planning will be vital in navigating project complexities. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project oversight from $500K to $10M+
- Ensure effective implementation of PMO methodologies
- Assess and mitigate project risks proactively




- Facilitate stakeholder communications and meetings
- Track project performance metrics and deliver results

Requirements:

- Preferred engineering degree and PMP Certification
- Minimum of 10 years in progressive project roles
- Robust understanding of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls systems
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- History of building high-performing teams
