Manage all phases of commercial fit-out projects, from initial planning to final completion.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Review and approve project plans, schedules, and designs.

Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.

Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

A strong background in construction project management within the commercial and industrial sectors.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
