You will play a crucial role in monitoring supplier performance, maintaining quality specifications, and addressing safety concerns during product development. Your input will support the successful launch of merchandise across 5,000 locations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage general merchandise categories in North America • Develop and enforce product safety quality control programs • Review specifications and conduct third-party audits • Address consumer complaints and verify corrective actions • Lead product incident management processes with stakeholders

Requirements: • 4+ years in Quality Assurance, preferably in retail merchandise • 3+ years of corporate experience • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Solid knowledge of quality systems and supplier management • Excellent analytical and communication skills
