POSITION SUMMARY

All Creations employees are expected to deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Employees must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide professional, caring and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary team.
- Greet and welcome each guest seated in assigned section within 2 minutes of being seated.
- Take initial beverage order within 5 minutes of guest being seated
- Must be very knowledgeable with all food and beverage items on the menu.
- Responsible to sell on a consistent basis, while continuing to create new strategies for increasing the check average of each guest
- Performing opening and closing procedures including, but not limited to, the set up and break down of stations,



clearing and re-setting of tables.
- Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of the Dining Room and the establishment as a whole.
- Perform accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures
- Required to work Special events function when scheduled including the setup and teardown of each event

SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIRED

- Able to work under pressure & Flexible availability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to work in a team environment
- Neat, well groomed, well-spoken and professional. ProServ certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time & must be willing to do shift work

. Pay: From $15.00 per hour
