We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect (CRM) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The successful candidate will define end-to-end solution architecture, integration strategies, security models, and technical standards while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Define solution, integration, data, and security architecture.

- Design scalable integrations using Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, and MuleSoft.

- Develop architecture deliverables, including solution architecture documents, integration specifications, security designs, and implementation roadmaps.

- Lead architecture workshops and collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams.

- Establish architecture standards, governance, and reusable design patterns.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.

- Robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, implementation, customization, and governance.





- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows).

- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse architecture and data modeling.

- Strong experience with Azure services, including Integration Services, App Services, Azure Functions, and API Management.

- Experience designing enterprise integration solutions using REST APIs and MuleSoft.

- Expertise in Dynamics 365 security architecture, Microsoft Entra ID, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Experience producing enterprise architecture documentation and solution roadmaps.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience with Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture (OGEA) standards and methodologies.

- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).

- Experience developing Dynamics 365 customizations (Plugins, PCF Controls, Custom APIs).

- Experience with enterprise architecture governance, reusable design patterns, and technology roadmaps.

- Experience working in large enterprise or public sector environments.

- Knowledge of Information Management principles and enterprise architecture frameworks.
