- 5+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of multi-residential renovations and commercial buildings.
- Experience managing Project Managers, supervisors, or construction teams.( 20-50ppl)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, estimating.
- Proven ability to create structure and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction software and project management platforms, estimating, blueprints etc.
