I’m partnering with a banking client on an immediate opening for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join a high-impact team.

We’re looking for someone who has:

✅ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

✅ Proven success leading teams (30-40 people)

✅ Demonstrated leadership capacity

✅ Experience supporting wealth management organizations

✅ Previous banking or financial services experience

This individual will serve as the right-hand leader to the executive overseeing the Salesforce organization, playing a key role in technical leadership, delivery, and team success.

Role Details

- Fully Remote (Canada, preferred in Toronto)
- Initial 12-month contract
- Strong potential to extend up to 24 months
- Possibility to convert to a full time employee
- Compensation: T4: $75/hr-$82/hr |IC: $88/hr-92/hr
