In this role, you’ll lead structural engineering projects from initial concept to construction, while also contributing to business development and proposal preparation.

Lead complex structural engineering mandates across the mining, energy, and natural resources sectors Oversee structural design and analysis for facilities, industrial structures, and infrastructure in remote and challenging environments Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset) Minimum 15 years of relevant structural engineering experience Significant experience leading projects in the mining, hydroelectric, and energy sectors Proficiency in structural design software (e.g.,
