Epia Neuro is a neural technology company developing intent-driven systems designed to restore function and independence for people living with neurological conditions. The company’s initial focus is stroke-related motor impairment, with expansion in cognitive decline and other neurological disorders, focusing on long-term solutions for the growing aging population. We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build the team behind the next generation of implantable neurotechnology.

You'll partner closely with engineering leaders to attract and hire exceptional technical talent across hardware, software, systems, firmware, machine learning, neuroscience, and related disciplines. You'll also support hiring across clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, and business functions as the company grows. As Epia's first dedicated recruiting hire, you'll build the recruiting function from the ground up.

This is a hands on role where you'll drive the full recruiting lifecycle. You'll source and close exceptional talent, coordinate interviews and onsite experiences, and continuously improve our recruiting processes. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the company, helping them make great hiring decisions and build high performing teams.

Own the end to end recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance. Source and engage exceptional talent across engineering and other technical functions. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate interview scheduling, onsite visits, candidate travel, and hiring logistics. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.



Maintain recruiting data, reporting, and process documentation.

Use recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes. Continuously improve recruiting operations, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency. Help build scalable recruiting programs and processes that support the company's long term growth. 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting for engineering and other technical roles. ~ Demonstrated success hiring specialized technical talent in competitive markets. ~ Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders. ~ A proactive, resourceful, and data driven approach to recruiting.
