You will manage disputes through all levels while developing relationships within BDO Canada to drive referrals and contribute to the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients and tax authorities effectively • Draft legal representation and assist in strategy development • Evaluate assignments and manage cases to completion • Foster relationships to cultivate referrals • Coach junior counsel and contribute to knowledge management
Requirements: • 10+ years of tax experience in law or accounting • Member of the Law Society in pertinent jurisdiction • LLM in tax or In-Depth Tax Course completion preferred • Strong analytical and communication skills • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
