About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant to join their growing Workday practice. This is an opportunity to work with enterprise clients across a variety of industries, delivering complex Workday Integration solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys remaining hands‑on technically while partnering closely with clients, leading technical discussions, and delivering high‑quality Workday Integration solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and related integration technologies.
- Partner with clients to gather requirements, lead solution design discussions, and recommend integration solutions.
- Deliver integrations throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, client stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to deliver successful Workday projects.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to technical best practices across project teams.




- Support multiple client engagements within a consulting environment while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Requirements

- Experience delivering Workday Integration solutions within a consulting or Workday partner environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
- Experience participating in full Workday implementation projects.
- Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Experience across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or related Workday modules.
- Exposure to Workday Orchestrate, Extend, or other modern Workday technologies is an asset.
- Active Workday certifications are preferred but not essential for candidates with strong consulting and implementation experience.
