Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Server/Bartender. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. In this role, you will create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, craft and serve drinks, provide attentive table service, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, sake, wine, and other beverages with consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the bar.
- Offer recommendations and pairings to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol in compliance with Smart Serve regulations.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional table service.
- Present menu items with confidence, offering suggestions and answering questions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant standards, policies, and health & safety guidelines.

Skills





- Previous experience as a bartender and server in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, sake, and food pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
