Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Front of House (FOH) team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for hospitality, a strong interest in coffee, and a desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests. In this role, you will act as an all-rounder: managing tables, running food, preparing beverages, and ensuring smooth service.

This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and work well as part of a close-knit team.

Duties

- Greet and engage with guests, taking orders accurately and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Manage the dining room by running food ("plat running"), clearing tables, and resetting for new guests efficiently.
- Support table management by monitoring guest needs, delivering items promptly, and ensuring the floor is well-organized.
- Operate the espresso machine and POS system efficiently; maintain attention to both drink quality and customer service.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to company policies and food safety regulations.




- Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized work environment, including both FOH areas and beverage stations.
- Assist with inventory by keeping track of supplies and reporting low stock when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or FOH roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food and beverage service techniques, table management, and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Basic barista skills are a plus, but a robust willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
