Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work station,



adhering to sanitation protocols and restaurant policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service for all guests

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and managing transactions accurately
- Experience in hospitality or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
