Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Skills

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Able to provide service with smiles.
- Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures.




- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting within the food industry.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
