Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Front of House team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively restaurant environment. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and providing correct change
- Ensure guest needs are met by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment




- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed in the kitchen or service area
- Support team members during busy periods through effective time management and teamwork

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and robust communication abilities
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and inventory management
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail in serving guests and maintaining cleanliness
