Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently, updating customer records accurately in our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services, ensuring clear and effective communication




- Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling or billing inquiries with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements

Experience

- Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong phone communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances client interactions
- Experience in sales or client services helps in understanding customer needs and promoting solutions effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and correspondence
- Knowledge of technical tools or software used in customer service environments is preferred
