Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and schedule service appointments.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate customer concerns to technicians.
- Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process.
- Recommend maintenance and additional services when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely repairs.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with CDK software is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
