This pivotal role focuses on leading project delivery, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Environmental Services to enhance strategic planning and ensure the high-quality delivery of environmental solutions across Western Canada and Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ARRC service line with robust operational performance
- Oversee project execution for safety and compliance

Requirements:

- B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering or Sciences
- 15+ years in environmental consulting
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Strong operational and budget management skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
