Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead daily operations in a busy heavy duty truck shop. The successful candidate will oversea shop productivity, customer service, technician workflow, and maintenance scheduling while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day shop operations and workflow
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections for heavy duty trucks and trailers
- Supervise technicians and support staff
- Schedule work orders and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime
- Communicate with customers regarding estimates, timelines, and repair updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Review completed work orders for accuracy and quality control
- Track shop performance, labour hours, and productivity targets

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the motor coach industry
- Knowledge of the statutory requirements and laws respecting maintenance and environmental controls
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must work well under pressure with very short timelines
- Problem solving skills essential
- Experience in planning and scheduling
- Committed to company health and safety
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Certificate of Qualification an asset

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
