Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a Service Valet to join our team at ourHickman Chevrolet Cadillac in St. John's. If you are an energetic and motivated individual, we would love to have you!

The Service Valet is responsible for greeting customers, tagging and parking vehicles, maintaining service lanes, and assisting in lot maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greets service customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, and welcomes them to our Dealership.
- Acquires accurate service customer/vehicle information as instructed.
- Tags and parks customer vehicles as they arrive at the Service Department and return them to customers upon return.
- Manages service lanes and parking lot.
- Runs miscellaneous errands for the dealership.
- Assists in ensuring the neat appearance of the dealership (e.g., picks up litter, shovels snow off vehicles, wipes off showroom vehicles, cleans offices, and windows).
- Assists in directing traffic for service events.
- Various other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- Possess a valid NL Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a high level of customer service.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Must be task-oriented and well-organized.
- Capable of effectively managing own time.
- Must be capable of working independently and comfortable in taking direction from others.
